Fish

Eggs are great for eye health. You can find vitamin A, zinc, and lutein in egg yolk. These are all eye-boosting elements. If you have vitamin A, it provides safety to the cornea. Also, lutein can lower the chance of macular degeneration. Zinc can also keep the retina healthy in addition to helping us see at night. You can include eggs at any meal of the day, and the best thing is to hard-boil them or use them in sandwiches and salads. 

Almonds
Almonds are another way to keep your eyes healthy. Almonds contain vitamin E. Vitamin E prevents macular degeneration and cataracts as well. Get as much as 22 international units of vitamin E every day. That's equivalent to around 15 mg. A serving of almonds would give you around 11 international units. Enjoy your almonds as a tasty snack, or you can include it in your salads, cereal, or yogurt.

Dairy Products 
Milk and yogurt can be excellent sources of Vitamin A and Zinc, which are excellent for the eyes. Aside from taking care of the retina, zinc also boosts your night-vision abilities while preventing the growth of cataracts. The best dairy product is dairy milk from grass-fed cows. You can consume dairy through milk or your breakfast cereal.

Carrots
Carrots are good for the eyes. They have beta-carotene, just like egg yolks. Beta carotene helps prevent eye infections as well as some severe eye conditions. You can easily eat carrots anytime as a snack or in your salads.
